The house is on a cull-de-sac and surrounded by a beautiful mountain scenery.

Compared to our old house in a neighboring hot spring resort which was surrounded by tall concrete buildings, we now get much more sun.

Our little development has five plots of land. Presently the oldest house is our next door neighbor's and was built two years ago. Across from them is another house that was completed last year. The plot across the street from us is empty. The plot to the west of our property is presently a field, but the owner, who lives in the neighborhood, will have to build on it within 8 years because of the rules of the development.
